Jessica Norman Barrister and Solicitor

About me

I am an experienced advocate with a passion for helping people navigate the complex world of Canadian immigration law. I began my career as a civil litigator with a prominent Bay Street law firm and later became counsel with the Immigration Law Division of the Department of Justice, where I appeared regularly in the Federal Court of Canada.

As your lawyer I will clearly explain your options at each and every step and advocate fearlessly for you whenever necessary. I believe that part of providing excellent legal representation is ensuring that you understand your rights and responsibilities under the relevant immigration laws and regulations and explaining the outcomes to you in plain language.

I am a member of the Refugee Lawyers Association of Ontario, the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers, and the Immigration Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association.
